bloody stains dirty linnen
Breakfast had plenty of choice I expect in such hotel.
The room was not very clean I observe. There were big bloody stains on the toilet bowl left by the previous guest. Stains on the carpet and hairs in the linnen were not appreciated.

friendly staff free refreshments great location
the staff was friendly and efficient. free coffee, water, fruit were available in the entrance (a nice touch). the location was close to the historic center.
the elevators seemed old and small.

the check-in was helpful. the staff provided several parking options, which accommodated vans. the room was clean and matched expectations. i found the breakfast good and available early.
the shower pressure was weak, which proved disappointing.

Great hotel, great location
easy reach helpful staff awesome breakfast
The hotel is very easy to reach by car from the highway. There were parking places nearby. Staff is helpful. I found the breakfast to be fantastic. The rooms were clean. Traveling with dogs was easy. They prepared extra bowls. Melissa at reception gave tips. She was very polite. I felt welcome at arrival.
The hotel should be renovated soon. The air conditioning was noisy. It was not very effective. The hotel felt expensive for what I got.
